NOLAVENTIA

NOLAVENTIA operates on a made-to-order model. Each piece is produced specifically for you.

Because of this, returns are limited.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In original condition
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Limited releases
• Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products

All made-to-order pieces are considered final sale unless defective.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will evaluate and resolve accordingly.

If a return is approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: up to 10 business days
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, return the item and place a new order once the refund is processed.

EU customers may cancel within 14 days as required by law. Items must meet the eligibility standards above.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
