All NOLAVENTIA pieces are produced on a made-to-order basis.

Once an order is placed, production begins shortly after processing. Because of this, cancellations are limited.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, orders are considered in production and cannot be canceled.

Address Changes

Shipping address updates must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Orders Already in Production

If production has begun, cancellation is not possible.

In certain cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for eligibility.

Fraud Prevention

NOLAVENTIA reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized payment activity.
