NOLAVENTIA operates on a made-to-order model.
Each piece begins production only after your order is placed.
We do not maintain mass inventory. Production is intentional and controlled.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order enters production, you will receive confirmation. When your order ships, tracking details will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Production: 3–7 business days
Estimated delivery window: 10–24 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions, seasonal volume, and destination.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
International shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing times may vary and are outside our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
NOLAVENTIA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
NOLAVENTIA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. You may also contact us for assistance at support@nolaventia.com.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist accordingly.
